Personalized Orders

Once production has begun, personalized and custom orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, dates, names, colors, sizes, and uploaded artwork before placing an order. Pamk Designs is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.

Acrylic is a premium material that may naturally contain minor imperfections, protective film marks before installation, or slight edge variations from the manufacturing process. These characteristics are normal and do not affect the beauty or functionality of the finished product.
