Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Pamk Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or delays resulting from weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping times are outside of our control. If a package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or because they were refused by the recipient may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
