Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, or trademarks they submit. Pamk Designs reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright or trademark laws.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, dates, names, colors, sizes, and uploaded artwork before placing an order. Pamk Designs is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.
Color Disclaimer
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of materials.
Personalized Orders
Once production has begun, personalized and custom orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Orders selected for local pickup must be collected within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made.
Material Characteristics
Acrylic is a premium material that may naturally contain minor imperfections, protective film marks before installation, or slight edge variations from the manufacturing process. These characteristics are normal and do not affect the beauty or functionality of the finished product.
